I grew up in the family which love cooking as well as enjoying dishes..Any kind of dishes..So it really makes me love trying the new restaurant..it likes a pleasure for me trying the new dishes or the new resto..which means the new kilos I see when I see my weight in body scale...I ve already try any kind of diet since I was in senior high school.But since I was in the homogenous school which consist girls only ,I didnt get seriously motivated to lose my weight..But I do want to have such proportional body,in case if suddenly I met the guy of my dream..So when my class mate asked me joining her to see the nutritionist,I came with her. At that time,I was a teenager of 17 yo with 60 kg and 157 cm height. So this nutritionist make the plan for me about what kind of food I could eat and what should be not..
The Schedule is listed as below :
7.00 am : 4 tablespoon of white rice, 100 gr chicken/fish/meat and a bowl of veggie
10.00 am : 1oo gr papaya/1 pc orange/half of banana and a glass of non-fat milk
12.00 am : 8 tablespoon of white rice, 100 gr chicken/fish/meat, a bowl of veggie
and a piece of white tofu
16.00 pm : fruit same as above
18.00 pm : 100 gr chicken/fish/meat a bowl of veggie and a piece of white tofu
What you must not eat : all of any kind of cake,crackers,chocolate,candy,soda water and any kind of food with deep fried..and no junk food please...
What you must eat : vitamin/supplement to keep you stay fit and energetic
As you seen the listed above seems like so many portion of food that we can had it daily...but in fact,I used to having so many difficulty to continuing this kind of diet...Why? the biggest problem is that I do love eat snack...and it is so terrible for me that I missed chocolate bar or ice sweet tea in one day...So Girls, the tips from me is ..it is all about your motivation,your desired,your obsession about having the proportional body..(I said not being the slim one..) I've already try that diet for 1 month and it really make us lose about 4 kg in a month...which mean we can lose about 1 kg in a week...And last but not least, Do the exercise 3 times a week and it would make you stay healthier...Have a nice try...
